Daily Diving
The Blue Orchid Resort has a Dive Center conveniently located on site. We organize dive trips to the numerous Moalboal dive sites. Most dive spots are accessible within 10-20 minutes from the Blue Orchid Resort by boat, the furthest being the Pescador Island, famous for its wall dive and great snorkeling.
Our experienced PADI diving professionals are always on site and will guarantee the best diving experience in the Philippines. Below, you find the rates for scuba diving at the Blue Orchid Resort.
House Reef
1,100 PHP
Our beautiful Blue Orchid House Reef is accessible from the shore. Beautiful and healthy coral formations are the home of plenty of local fish species and sea turtles. The price includes a guide, weights and tanks.
Morning Boat
3,000 PHP – 2 Dives
For Pescador: 1,200 PHP surcharge per boat
Our boats leave daily to Moalboal’s best dive spots with divers and snorkelers, heading to two different spots in one morning. This trip is the best moment to go discover the Sardine Storm so let reception or your guide know if you are interested in seeing the sardines in advance!
Afternoon Boat
1,500 – 1 Dive
For Pescador: 1,200 PHP surcharge per boat
Our boat leaves again in the afternoon at around 2-3 PM with divers and snorkelers, usually for 1 dive.
Night dive
1,700 PHP (torch rental is free)
Equipped with torches, the divers enter the water around sunset. As the sunlight disappears, your torch will be your only source of light, forcing you to slow down and concentrate on a small area. The Moalboal reefs are just as alive at night as during daytime, if not more: decorator crabs, coral banded shrimps, bioluminescent plankton
Dive Deals
For loyal customers scheduling multiple dives at the Blue Orchid Resort, we offer discount deals. If your family or group does 7 or more boat dives, your new price per boat dive becomes 1,350 PHP. If your family or group does 7 or more House Reef dives, your new price per shore dive becomes 1,000 PHP. Check out our packages too!
